Welcome to Clevo. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Clevo is a SaaS platform that helps developers structure, plan, and ship their software projects. Our services include:

  • Project scoping and blueprint generation
  • GitHub integration for repository and issue management
  • AI-powered task prompts and assistance
  • Progress tracking and accompaniment features

2. Account Registration

To use Clevo, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Free Tier

  • 1 project
  • Pack export (Markdown)
  • Basic task prompts

Starter ($49 per project)

  • Everything in Free
  • Full GitHub integration
  • Complete accompaniment features
  • Unlimited contextual help

Founders ($199 lifetime)

  • Everything in Starter
  • Unlimited projects
  • Priority support
  • Limited to 200 spots

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Starter tier purchases are one-time payments per project
  • Founders tier is a one-time lifetime payment
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Starter and Founders purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Refunds are not available after 14 days or if you have substantially used the service (e.g., created and pushed multiple projects to GitHub).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Abuse or exploit the AI features (e.g., excessive API calls)
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Use the service to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using Clevo, including project blueprints, code, and documentation. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

Our Service

Clevo, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

8. GitHub Integration

When you connect your GitHub account, you authorize Clevo to:

  • Create repositories on your behalf
  • Push files to your repositories
  • Create and manage issues
  • Create and manage project boards

We only perform actions you explicitly initiate. You can revoke access at any time through your GitHub settings or our Settings page.

9. AI-Generated Content

Clevo uses AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini) to generate blueprints, prompts, and assistance. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content
  • We do not guarantee the suitability of generated content for any purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use of AI-generated content
  • Issues with third-party services (GitHub, Stripe, etc.)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page.

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will be revoked
  • Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
  • No refunds will be provided for unused portions of paid subscriptions (except within the 14-day guarantee period)

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
